Intact Solutions Group, LLC (“Intact”) is a consulting firm that was founded in 2016 with a primary emphasis on assisting start-up companies with CFO services.  We focus on developing and improving the finance infrastructure for companies including preparing for IPOs.  We have extensive public company experience having completed an IPO and participated in several continuous public offerings for public non-listed companies.  In addition, our leadership has over 15 years of experience running public Real Estate Investment Trusts (“REIT”).
